I have been on almost every website that i can think of and i can not find any info about the new starters for the 4th generation of pokemon games?

I heard the D/P versions have the same pokemon the only new ones are a few pre evolutions and a few evolutions of some pokemon like Sneasel and Mr.Mime so the starters might be either the usual ones

Only 5 have been revealed. None of the starters have been revealed, as they are usually the last to be revealed.
The only ones revealed are Rukario (legendary), Munchlax (baby Snorlax), Manene (baby Mr Mime), Manyula (evo of Sneasel) and Bonsly (pre-evo of Sudowoodo).
