This is going to be the best story of all.
Charmander was in the shelter watching the other pokemon run by. He longed to let one of them in his shelter, but the shinyonix that ran the shelter said they could go find a different shelter. His shelter was full and he wasn't letting anyone out or in.
Charmander, with his friend squirtle, bulbasaur, and growlithe. They were stuck in a shelter protecting them from the organization that had grown to just about every person in the world. It was cipher, they kept capturing pokemon and closing the door to their hearts. This made them stronger, but it denied them entrance into the pokeheaven. This was because they were nowhere near close enough to the poke god.
"When will it be light out again," Charmander asked
"There are to many shadow pokemon in the world to balance the light and dark, so dark took over,"
"How do you get so smart, Growlithe,"
"My parents made me go to pokeschool in the advanced classes,"
"That was weird, I didn't even know there were advanced classes in the pokeschool until you told me about them, they seem to hard for me, though,"
"Well, they were hard at first, but I got used to them,"
Charmander continued to stare out the window and sigh.
"I want to let one of them in here in my place, I would rather be the one suffering to let them have at least a day of safety."
"Just consider yourself lucky you get a look into the outside through the only window in the shelter, the rest is underground. Plus, this thing is camoulflaged so the cipher weirdos can't get to us!"Growlithe exclaimed
''Well, we could go look for a human to be with and have him catch shadow pokemon." Bulbasaur said
"What do you mean?" squirtle asked
"He means capture them and purify them,"Growlithe said
"Wait, I don't get it, purify them from their shadow form, isn't that impossible?"
"No, not neccesairily, most pokemon don't know this, but if they become shadow, they can become a regular pokemon just as easily by the use of the purify chamber, the relic stone, and by a celebii. There is also the ability to purify themselves on their own will due to true love."
"Wow, then I want out, now!"Charmander exclaimed
"There is a trainer who is supposedly working on this shadow pokemon problem somewhere in this region(orre), at the fabled pokemon HQ. The only other known people who are not with cipher are a couple of people at pyrite town."
"What about other regions?" squirtle asked
"Well, I know there are shadow pokemon, but there are too many trainers purifying them to affect it,"
"Charmander, you hear that, let's--wait, charmander, come back." bulbasaur said
Charmander had already ran off to talk to their keeper, shinyonix. He wasn't hard to spot because he was the only gold onix in the entire place. That's was why he was the leader. Charmander was begging for him to let him out and to go find the trainer.
"Really, then who is this trainers name, huh?" protection master shiny onix said
"Well, uh, that's an easy one, it's uh, um."
"It's Micheal" Growlithe interrupted
"What, but how did you know," shiny onix said
"Well, my parents gave me a book on it before all of our parents got captured trying to get us here," Growlithe said
"Yeah, it's in his room," Squirtle said
"I've seen it also," bulbasaur agreed
"Well, you still can't go out, I don't care how much you know, you all are way to under leveled." shiny onix said
"We don't care, we'll train hard when we're out there and find this Micheal and help him find all the shadow pokemon and purify them all and stop cipher and restore peace--"
"Stop it," Shiny onix interrupted, "If you can train yourself ten levels, then I will let you go out."
"There's one problem with that," squirtle said
"And what may I ask is that?" shiny onix said, "We can't train against the other pokemon here because we are not allowed to fight," bulbasaur answered
"My point exactly,"
Later on that night, charmander couldn't help thinking what was happening to his parents, his dad was red, and his mom was black. He wanted desperately to see his parents again. He soon fell asleep. He dreamed that the world was a nearly perfect world for pokemon again. That reports of shadow pokemon rarely came and that they were easily purified.
Growlithe, who shared a room with charmander noticed through charmanders snoring, a hole in the roof, not a big hole, but a hole that seemed to lead to the outside.
The next morning, Growlithe got charmander, squirtle, and bulbasaur together and told them all about the hole, even showed it to them.
"So, its a crack in the roof, not a big deal" bulbasaur said
"Yeah, we can go tell the shelter leader about it and he'll get it fixed up,"
"No," Charmander said, " don't you get it, we can get out and find that trainer that way."
"exactly what I am saying!" growlith exclaimed
They worked their way out of the hole and found themselves on ground, the earth. None of them said anything, but they could feel as though something was wrong.
All of a sudden, two cipher peons jump out and throw a pokeball at each of them. Growlith, squirtle, and bulbasaur broke out before the ball even rolled. Charmander, being weaker in levels, however was not so lucky, he had been caught.
"Nooooooooooooo," squirtle said
"It's too late, we've got to run, Charmander has to strong of a heart to let them seal it off anyway, we don't though, we have got to get out."
"but,but," bulbasaur said
"No excuses, come on,"
Growlithe led them to a place of safety while the cipher peons chased them. They seemed to be everywhere they went.
"Let's try that charmander out that we just caught." one of the cipher peons saide,"
"yeah,"
"Go charmander," the first one said
Charmander came out of the pokeball.
"great charmander, come on, we've got to get out of here."
"Charmander, ember on that bulbasaur"
Charmander got prepared for an ember attack.
"Charmander, no, don't" bulbasaur said
"I'm sorry"
Charmander used ember on bulbasaur, but didn't defeat it.
"Why?" bulbasaur asked "why, charmander"
"It's because he belongs to the trainer," Growlithe stated "there is no stopping charmander but defeating him,"
"No, I'm not fighting him," squirtle said, "let's get out of here while the cipher peons are laughing,"
They got out. They found themselves at a town, it was filled with water, water was flowing everywhere. It would've been a lot more beautiful if it hadn't had so many dark colors.
"Wow, it's a water pokemon paradise," squirtle said
"Forget about the water, we've got other things on our mind, the book described the pokemon HQ as a giant double dome building," Growlithe said
"Yeah, let's get out of here,"bulbasaur said, this place is giving me the creeps,"
"I want to go back to the rock pokespot, where we can wait for wild ground pokemon to train against," squirtl said
"no, we need to find the pokemon HQ," Growlithe said
"I can help you with that, there was a wild pidgeot there in front of them now, I can take you there."
"really thanks," bulbasaur said
"No problem," the pidgeot said, "I will explain things to you on the way,"
The pidgeot flew off with them and started explaining the things that had been happening on the way.
"Well, it began when Micheal found out how to make angel pokemon. This discovery made cipher mad, and they made a hundrend shadow pokemon in just three days. In a month, they made 746 shadow pokemon, now, they have thousands of shadow pokemon around all the time. This unballanced the system of light. At the pokemon HQ, they are purifying as many shadow pokemon as they can in the purify chamber, and train pokemon and take them to the relic stone in Agate village to go to the relic stone and get purified from the power of celebii. See, Celebii is the only pokemon that can't be turned into a shadow pokemon.
I am a pidgeot, and I look for wandering pokemon and take them back to the pokemon HQ to be protected. Oh, we are there."
There it was, the double domed pokemon HQ. Just looking at it gave Growlithe, squirtle, and bulbasaur a feeling of warmth and hope.
"Let's go in," squirtle said
"In time my little friend," pidgeot said," but first, we must see Proffessor Krane and he will give you a pokemon talking device, this will let you talk to humans who have one also."
"Ah, Pidgeot, my friend, I was so worried that you might of gotten captured, even though you are capture proof, and been turned into a shadow pokemon again,"
"Well, It just took me a little longer to find some wild pokemon that were looking for help this time than all the other times, I will go back tomorrow. Shouldn't Fearow becoming back soon with some wild shadow pokemon. Oh, there he is, wait, how is he carrying a fainted Raikou on his back."
"Need help," It said
"Wait a minute," Growlithe interrupted,"Is micheal here. or not?"
"All in good time my little friend," Pidgeot said, " Like I was saying, do you need help?"
"I just need some rest," Fearow said," take me to a bed,"
"right away Fearow," Proffessor Krane said
They brought him to the reserved bed and put the Raikou in the purify chamber. They also finished the purification of a seedot that was in the chamber and took it to their underground wildlife place that they were always making bigger. This is the only wild pokemon habbitat that was safe from Cipher.
"Now that we've got that done, do you little pokemon want to meet Micheal. He will be glad to let you all into his party, considering he doesn't carry a shadow pokemon longer than it's purification time, he only carries a evee and a lugia. He will gladly accept and train you and when you find your friend." Prof. Krane said
They went to a very small door that said Micheal's room. They went in and they saw your average teenage room. Messy, and full of useless junk. Micheal was on his computer, apparently on one of those popular teen websites where teens talk.
"Micheal," Proffessor Krane said, "We have some friends we would like you to train and keep these pokemon in your party."
"Are you telling me that it's the growlithe, squirtle, and the bulbasaur that are following you, sure, welcome to the party." Micheal said
"I am happy to see that you aren't being sceptical about them being low leveled pokemon." Pidgeot said
"Yeah, it's not a big deal, All I have right now is a evee, Lugia,and a shadow moltres. I'll be happy to take them in and train them and make them a part of my team." Micheal said nonchalantly
"They also have a charmander that cipher is turning into a shadow charmander." Pidgeot said
"Sure, that's cool also, it'll also be a charizard when I find it, and purify it at a very, very high level."
"This is great," bulbasaur said
"yeah'' squirtle agreed
"we shouldn't be celebrating yet. We want to help all of the shadow pokemon become regular pokemon again."
Back at the Cipher headquarters, charmander was in his pokeball. When they finally let him out of his poke ball, he was put in front of a big of a big bowl of candy(rare candies to be exact) that they gestured himto eat.
"let me go," charmander said, "let me go,"
"stupid pokemon" the cipher peon said
It only appeared as charmander, charmander, charmander, char, charmander, char. It was no use, charmander was very anxious to get out of there. Well, he was hungry, so he started eating, eventually, he noticed that he had wings, and was very big. he saw himself in the mirror.
"I, I, I'm a charizard now. I can't believe that this is happening, they did something good, but I bet there is a catch, oh I know what it is, they are going to turn me into a shadow charizard. I need to get out of here.
But before he knew it, he was in his pokeball again.
That was the end of what we know of what happened to charmander.
TWO YEARS LATER
Growlithe was an arcanine, squirtle was a blastoise, and bulbasaur was a venasaur.
"Venasaur, solarbeam the lapras now," Micheal said, " Blastoise, hydro pump the blaziken."
They were in the middle of a battle to get some of the last little bit of the shadow pokemon that still needed to be purified. Alot of them had been purified in the two years that had passed ever since thee four of them had gotten out of the shelter. The sky was alot more balanced also.
Then, Micheal had a pokeball seemed to come out of a machine around his arm, threw the pokeball at the blaziken, It shook three times and it was caught."
The lapras then used ice beam on venasaur.
"No, Venasaur. Well then, go Arcanine. Arcanine, use fire blast on the exegutor he just pulled out."
The execcgutor fainted. Then, another pokeball came out of the machine on his arm. He threw it and caught the Lapras.
He then went back to the pokemon HQ and put them into the purification chamber and purified a articuno, zapdos, and a yanma from the purification chamber.
"Hey, Proffesor Krane, where I am back, how is your new project coming along." Micheal asked
"It's done. Let me add this to your snag machine. I just need you to let me see your snag machine."
Micheal handed over his snag machine and the proffessor did some work on the snag machine. He then gave it back to Micheal to let him use it to his own pleasure.
"So, what did you do to the snag machine proffessor krane," Micheal asked
"I made it to where there is a very small chance that when you capture a shadow pokemon, it will be automatically purified, but remember there is only a small chance that it will be a very, very, very small chance that it will happen.
"Okay, I will use it," Micheal said
Arcanine, Venasaur, and Blastoise came out of their pokeball.
"So that means when we get charmander back, it could be automatically purified!" Blastoise said
"Yeah, that would be great," Venasaur said
"calm down, he said there is an extremely small chance, but there is still a chance."Arcanine said with excitement
"Look at them," Proffessor Krane said to Micheal, "They've grown in levels, but they haven't grown up in life a bit."
"Yeah," Micheal said
"si-, prof- Kr-. we need hel-, com- get us at a- coordin- 565-34-12390." The transmission was interrupted and the person was unfamiliar to the proffesor, Micheal, and the pokemon.
"We better go to coordinates 565-34-12390, It might be where the cipher HQ is. This might help us get the last of the shadow pokemon also." Micheal claimed
"Charmander might be there also," the three pokemon said at the same time
"I'm sorry, there probably isn't much hope for charmander, they probablygot rid of it because it was so low leveled when they caught it and was very invaluable," proffessor Krane said
"Don't say that," Arcanine said
"Yeah, there is hope for charmander,"
"We may have changed, but charmander will always have the same generous heart that he had when we were all young."Venasaur said
"let's go already."Blastoise said, "I want to know as soon as I can.
"alright,"Micheal said
They found where the coordinates led to, it led to a place in the mountains beyond Mt. battle. They had lugia fly them there. When they got there, it was very dark, and there were a bunch of cipher peons there.
"Lugia, my shadow monitor only detects six shadow pokemon here and the shadow monitor says there are only six uncaptured shadow pokemon left. And a six pokemon aura is coming from the very top."
Lugia flew them to the top, and dropped them off at the top of the large building.
Micheal went into the first door and saw a very dark man with a very dark aura coming from his waist where his pokemon were at.
"Ah, micheal, I have been expecting you eversince I sent that false help message to get you to come here to make you and your pokemon pay for purifying all of the shadow pokemon but the ones on my belt. You will pay," The man said
"who are?" Micheal asked, "And those are the only shadow pokemon left in the world, and I am going to take them."
"No you aren't, I am going to show you what a real battle is." The man said "Oh, and My name is Evice."
"Wait, weren't you that man who started the shadow pokemon plan years ago?"Micheal asked
"Yeah, I am, and I am going to succeed in this one, even if you stopped our ability to make more shadow pokemon. Even if I only have six shadow pokemon left. They are also the most powerful shadow pokemon." Evice said
"go Jolteon and Lugia," Micheal said
"Go Dragonite and Tyrannitar(both shadow)," Evice said
They had a battle, Jolteon used zap cannon on dragonite. Dragonite used shadow rush on lugia. Lugia used blizzard to attack both Dragonite and tyrranitar. Tyrannitar had already caused a sandstorm and then used hyperbeam on jolteon. Jolteon used thunder on dragonite and then lugia used blizzard on the two. Dragonite became frozen and tyrannitars attack missed. tyrannitar had used hyperbeam.
Micheal snagged the dragonite succesfully. Then he had Jolteon attack tyrannitar with swift. Tyrannitar attacked jolteon with slam.
Micheal then tried to snag tyrannitar unsuccesfully and had jolteon use thunderwave, it was uneffective. tyrannitar brought back the sandstorm with sandstorm. Evice brought out a shadow salamence.
Micheal snagged shadow tyrannitar succesfully and had Jolteon attack salamence with zap cannon. salamence attacked lugia with dragon claw. Evice brought out a shadow groudon. Micheal then succesfully snagged salamence.
Evice then brought out a shadow kyogre and had it attack Jolteon with ice beam. Micheal had Lugia attack with blizzard and had jolteon attack kyogre with zap cannon. Kyogre tried to attack with sheer cold, but it failed. Groudon attacked with shadow fire.
Micheal then succesfully snagged kyogre witha an ultra ball. Then, Evice sent out a shadow Charizard. Micheal then realized that it was the charizard that Arcanine, Blastoise, and Venasaur was talking about. He made room in his party just for it.
"Return Jolteon and Lugia. Go Blastoise and Arcanine,"
"Ah, it's charmander, I mean charizard, but it's him, I know it," Arcanine said
"Yeah, it is," Blastoise said
"You need to battle it, no matter what, if you really love it you will," Micheal said
"got it boss," the two pokemon said in unison.
Blastoise used hydro pump. Micheal then snagged succesfully the Groudon. Charizard used shadow fire. Blastoise fainted. he sent out venasaur.
"it's charmander, I know it," Venasaur
Micheal had venasaur use giga drain then, suprisingly, had it succesfully caught in a snag ball.
Then, the most amazing thing happened, It joined it's party and was purified at once. It purified itself.
Evice was taken to jail, all the pokemon were purified, and they all had a great time.
"It's good to see you again Charizard," Arcanine said
"I know, it took them a year and a half to succesfully make me a shadow pokemon." Charizard said
"I missed you," Venasaur said
"Me too," Blastoise agreed
"yeah it is good to see you guys again also." Charizard said
"Are you going to stay in my party," Micheal asked
"Of course," Charizard said
They all lived happily ever after.
