I think this is right:
In Gold, talk to the Machop in Vermillion. Then go to your coin case and press A. The game will go weird. Switch it off and back on. The Ho-oh will look shiny.

The first trainer you battle, when you attack the zigzagoons they go though the trainer's legs. I don't remember that happening, oh well, it didn't matter, it was christmas when I got it, so I wasn't paying attention to the screen, but at my presents ;D Yeah...I remember when I had to battle Dakim, and I used Noctowl a lot...it was so funny sitting in the air

I'm sure all the trainers battle you. When you go into the building, you're trespassing, resulting in you getting battled.
There's the flying glitch where the pokemon flying sometimes goes through the trainer.

[glow=red,2,300]That's not a cheat, it said in the Game Boy Advance and Color booklet that came with the handheld[/glow] Doesn't work with other games, though. So it is possibly a glitch.

1) Get 7/8 agents. 2) Pause and click 'Exit Level' 3) When back in Moneybag's mansion, enter the vent again. 4) Now get the last agent behind the red barrier.

Yeah, it's steel/psychic. I have one on Ruby, and I'm getting another one because it's so strong.
