I call this gameshark madness all yo have to do is go in the petelbergwoods. Use your gameshark over and over again. Pretty soon you will get a guy that looks like this

yeah, but the chances aren't one hundred percent that you will find one, and at 12:01am(no pm, pm is noon) and 11:59pm, it won't, i know this works because i caught one, i really don't care if people don't believe me, DO NOT CATCH MISSING NO., there are kanto and johto pokemon on ruby and saphire pokedex, it just goes into the national dex, that is what it si called.
