ya... they were confirmed at the same time as Pokemon Dash, but because Dash is coming out sooner/already out, they have more info released about it... they should have more info about Diamond and Pearl before Emerald comes out in March/April, I think...

8th movie info was set for then, and there was meant to be new pokemon. But it featured Mew instead. The only new pokemon info is that May or Brock will catch Munchlax in the anime.

ok, i have a few things to say

for everyone that said nintendo.com or pokemon.com didnt have any information about diamond and pearl is because they dont release any info about the game until its like 2 months from coming out... so just because pokemon.com doesnt have information doesnt mean that information hasnt been released

and as many people have probably said many times before: serebii.net is a very reliable source. as you all know, 4 pokemon have just been released and serebii.net was where i heard about it first.

because these pokemon have been released, i know that some sort of RPG is bound to come out in the next year or so, because they always have a new set of games with the new pokemon. now the games might not be called Diamond and Pearl, but I can almost say that it will be for the Nintendo DS and theyll come out with twin games first, then come out with the 3rd game, just like its happened with all the other generations.

im not saying that any of you are not thinking in the right direction, but im just saying that they are trying to keep things quiet for the time being because they dont just release everything at once, because, to tell you the truth, they havent made the whole game yet... i bet theyve just started during the past few weeks since the pokemon started coming out...

now with the 4 pokemon coming out... thats a good sign... that means that more pokemon will be on their way very soon... it was always the same during each generation. for the first generation they came out with some of the pokemon than a bit more... then, in the end, they had released all the 1st generation and Togepi. a similar thing happened for the 2nd generation. and a similar thing happened with the 3rd, releasing Munchlax.

Over the next few weeks, I am expecting to see the speed of the Pokemon being released increase. Im not saying this will happen, but this is how it has happened with all the other generations (maybe excluding the Kanto set of Pokemon)

Also, with the release date of information that nightjirachi gave everyone (the 8th of December)... this may have just of been a rumour (not your fault, nightjirachi), but it is very possible...

I will conclude my little essay here , saying to not take things for granted and when more Pokemon come out, they come out... and never, EVER think, just because something wasnt on Nintendo.com or Pokemon.com doesnt mean that it is a fake or a rumour...

In the 1st gen anime, Togepi was the first 2nd gen pokemon. In the 2nd Gen anime, Kecleon was the first 3rd gen pokemon. In the 3rd Gen anime, Munchlas was the first 4th gen pokemon (then May caught it)

I have a feeling 2 more will come out, then the starter pokemon will be released.

I got the date wrong because Serebii.net said that 8th movie info would be released on that date. I thought the movie involved 4th gen pokemon
