i found a celebi on my emerald version it was level 70 it was right beside lilycove city

God damn! 5 things
1.Stay on track, god!
2.STOP CURSING/CUSSING!!!
3.Jirachi is Lv.50, not 70.
4.The 1 in 67,777,777 or any number is FAKE,and
5.Celebi is at a random lv,no way to know it unless you cheat for it...and Jirachi/Celebi are catchable in Diamond/Pearl, watch YouTube for answers.
