Here's some stuff you need to know.
First off, when posting a thread here, tell in the title what the team's for, competitive (Netbattle etc.), cable (self-explanatory) or in-game (Battle Tower, Battle Frontier etc.) battles.
If it's for competitive battling, include the generation you're playing in (RBY, GSC or RuSa) and is it for OU, UU or whatever.
If for one of the two latter ones, say what version you are playing in.
When posting a team for rating, include the movesets. Saying that you have Charizard, Zapdos and Vaporeon at this-and-that level isn't helping anyone. Instead, tell what moves the pokemon has, what item it has on hold, what ability it has and whatnot. Like this, for example:
Pokemon @ Item (If it's GSC or newer)
Ability (If RuSa or newer, of course)
Nature (Yeah)
-Move
-Move
-Move
-Move
Or whatever way you prefer. As long as it's easy to read, it's okay.
If you're not sure about what pokemon to have in your team, give at least 3 pokes and some kind of movesets for them. They can always be changed later.
Commenting.
Don't just say that a team is "good" or "it sucks", because that's useless. It's spam. Meat in a tin can. Tell what you think of a moveset, how it could be made better. Perhaps suggest other pokemon. That's what people are here for. Developing teams.

Feel free to PM me if I missed something or there's something to add.
Also, I'd LOVE a few good guides for this section. If you could make one, or just recommend a place with guides, I would appreciate it very much. For team building, what things mean and how they work, anything.
Thank you. *gives out cookies*
