The pokemon Jirachi is a phycic/steel pokemon that is said that for every wish tags on it, it grants that wish. I can not remember where to find if you use the mystery gift, but I do know that after 100 space flights, the scientist takes you to the moon and lets you fight jirachi. Jirachi also appears in the movie, JIrachi wishmaker.
