i dont know if deoxys1994 was asking a new question or what because Navel Rock was not what we were talking about before. but if he is asking a new question, yes, you need a special ticket to get to Navel Rock, and yes you can only get it through promotions... and no it hasnt been promoted yet My guess is this: they will give a promotion about it when Emerald comes to North America. because when fr/lg came to NA, they gave out Deoxys... so it might be the same thing... He was asking a new question. And Jonas, there is no way to get Jirachi other than the bonus disc. |

yes... and the Mudkip person: you cant get Jirachi through Ruby/Sapphire.. if thats what you were saying..

It is not possible to get deoxoys,so i dont think youll ever get the eon ticket! Yes thats what its called,and you dont need no freakin promotion!

you can get the eon ticket. its a promotion where you need to go to New York or Tokoyo...
they gave them out all last fall, but i think they have stopped doing that now...

u cann't unlock them but u can catch them
if u choose a certain starter pokemon u run into a certain legendary dog
